Yes. Higher-tier gaming and creator machines are quote-only. We lock a written parts list and price before any deposit.
Typically 10–14 business days after payment clears, depending on component availability. You’ll get a clear window when you order. Details in our Terms of sale.
Optional. Tell us when you inquire — licensing and setup are confirmed before payment.
We do not silently swap. You’ll approve any change before we purchase replacements.
Not yet. Play is coming soon. Use the notify form on the Play card (or order page) and we email info@ only when orders open. No payment is taken for notify.

Pickup is free by appointment. Metro delivery can be arranged. Outside the area, we ship insured and quote freight up front.
